Ayurveda, or the “Science of Life”, is an ancient healing practice that emphasizes prevention and encourages the support of health by focusing on balance–in one’s life, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs.
So how does Ayurvedic eating translate to sustainable practices for meals that bring us back to balance?
Join Your Wild Pantry and Colleen Avis, owner of Subtle Shifts, as we lead you through a 4-session series, focusing on Ayurvedic eating to support a return to balance.
Participants will learn:
- Intro to Ayurveda, and what balance looks like for each unique personal energy
- Photonutrients & eating the rainbow to restore balance
- Food challenges, and how to shift what we eat to support our needs
- Mindfulness and meal planning
Participants will have access to 4 consecutive weekly sessions, experiencing a different leg of the roadmap to balance each week. Sessions will all be held via Zoom.
